What's NOT Covered?
Unlike other protection plans with long exclusion lists, we keep it simple. Just three exclusions, and we'll help with those too.
Parts & Equipment Costs
Labour is always covered, but replacement parts and new equipment are separate. Choose to supply your own or have us source quality parts with our warranty.
Underground HVAC Repairs
Ground excavation work for buried ductwork or lines isn’t included. These specialized jobs are quoted separately when needed.
Third-Party Part Warranties
If you supply your own parts, warranty claims go through your supplier. When we supply parts, we handle everything—that’s why most members let us take care of it all.
Contract Terms & Conditions
Any services done by other home service companies/handy man will result in voiding the contract and we will not be held responsible for any damages caused by others, existing home service equipment will not be our responsibility however we will properly diagnose for free for accurate members and advise on next steps if necessary, if accurate members decide to cancel the contract within the first five years they will be charged for all services provided at regular prices.
